Cancel or pause your membership, or cancel an online purchase
You can also use the form to cancel your membership, pause it or cancel an online purchase. Choose the topic Cancelling a membership, Pausing a membership or Cancelling a purchase within 14 days.
Cancelling a membership. You can cancel an ongoing membership at any time by email to toimisto@nostelema.fi or with the contact form. There is no notice period: your membership and access end at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel before the due date of the next invoice, you do not need to pay that invoice.
Pausing. Need a break? Send us an email or use the contact form (topic: Pausing a membership) and tell us how many four-week periods you want to pause for. A pause applies to an ongoing membership and starts when the current period ends. If you tell us about the pause before the due date of the next invoice, you do not need to pay that invoice.
Cancelling a purchase. You can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of making the agreement, even if you have already visited the gym. We refund the full payment. The price of a physical access tag is refunded only once the tag has been returned. Tell us about the withdrawal by email to toimisto@nostelema.fi or with the contact form (topic: Cancelling a purchase within 14 days). You can also use the withdrawal form in the appendix to the terms and conditions, but it is not required. We confirm your notice by email.
