How to buy a membership online
The join button on this page takes you to the online shop, where you can buy gym time at Nostelema or log in to see your own details.

What happens after you pay?
Buy in the online shop, open the OnTheMove app, and the door opens. Here is how it works, step by step.
How to join
Choose a membership
Choose an ongoing membership or a card from the price list. You buy in the Nostelema online shop (Enkora). Product names there are in Finnish: the membership is called Nosteleman jäsenyys.
Create an account and pay
As a new customer you create an account in the online shop. Pay by card or with an exercise benefit. For an ongoing membership you pay the first 4-week period straight away.
Download OnTheMove
Download the OnTheMove app from the App Store or Google Play and log in with the same email address as in the online shop.
Become a memberYou will go to the Nostelema online shop (oma.enkora.fi).
How to get in
Bring your phone
The door opens with the OnTheMove app. You do not need a separate key card.
Open the lock
Open the Lokerot & kulku tab and tap the orange lock. The door opens and you are checked in at the same time. Open the lock yourself on every visit, even if the door is already open or someone else opens it.
If you also want a physical access tag alongside the app, you can order one from the online shop (€19).

Which product do I choose?
The online shop opens in English, but the service groups and product names are in Finnish. Here is each product with its Finnish name in brackets, so you can find it in the shop. You can see the prices on the price list.
- Ongoing membership (Nosteleman jäsenyys): billed every 4 weeks, with no fixed term. The button in the shop is Subscribe.
- Junior membership, under 18 (Nosteleman juniorijäsenyys) and senior membership, 60+ (Nosteleman seniorijäsenyys): ongoing memberships at a discount. Your date of birth must be set in your account.
- Annual card (Nosteleman vuosikortti): pay for 12 months at once, with no ongoing billing.
- 10-visit card (Nosteleman kymppikortti): 10 visits, valid for 6 months.
- Single visit (Nosteleman kertakäynti): one visit, to be used within a week of buying it.
- 24/7 upgrade (24/7 aktivointi): a one-time upgrade that opens the door round the clock. A basic membership includes access 5:00–23:00.
All of these are in the service group Kuntosali (the gym). Balance top-ups and gift cards are in the group Saldo ja lahjakortti.
Billing and payment
With an ongoing membership you pay the first 4-week period when you buy. After that you can receive invoices by email or pay by card, if you choose that when you buy in the online shop. An invoice that arrives by email can also be redirected to an e-invoice (e-lasku, a Finnish online banking service).
In the online shop you can top up your account with balance using an exercise benefit. You can pay for a purchase directly from the balance. Balance is also used to pay membership fees, so you get no invoices for as long as the balance lasts. See how exercise benefits work.
If your membership does not show in the app or the door does not open
Check that you logged in to the OnTheMove app with the same email address you used to register in the online shop. If the details still do not show, contact us: toimisto@nostelema.fi.
Access tag
A physical access tag is not needed, but you can order one in the online shop (Nosteleman kulkutunniste). After your order we will tell you which locker next to the gym you can collect it from.
Ready to start?
€28/ 4 weeks
For new and returning members €28 / 4 weeks until 31 December 2026, then €34 / 4 weeks. An ongoing membership has no fixed term. You can also buy a prepaid card and pay for the whole period at once.
