Exercise benefits
You can pay for a Nostelema membership with an exercise benefit. Our online shop accepts ePassi, Smartum and Edenred. The easiest way is to buy straight from our online shop and choose the exercise benefit as the payment method at checkout. You will find us in the centre of Vammala in Sastamala, at Tampereentie 38 A 1.
New to Finland? Many Finnish employers give their staff an exercise benefit (liikuntaetu) that can be spent on sport and culture. It comes as an app, card or voucher from a provider such as ePassi, Smartum or Edenred. If you are not sure which one you have, ask your employer.

How to pay with an exercise benefit
The online shop opens in English, but its service groups and product names are in Finnish. We give the Finnish name in brackets where you need it.
- Go to the online shop and log in or create a customer account.
- Choose a product. Buy a membership or a card from the service group Kuntosali (the gym), or top up your balance in the group Saldo ja lahjakortti (balance and gift card) under Saldon lataus (balance top-up): type the amount and press Buy.
- Pay with the exercise benefit. In the shopping cart, accept the usage terms and press Pay selected. Choose Smartum Pay or Epassi as the payment method. With an Edenred card choose Online (see below).
Top up your balance: membership payments take care of themselves
A membership is billed every 4 weeks. When you top up your customer account with balance using an exercise benefit, future membership payments are charged automatically from your balance, and you get no invoices at all for as long as the balance lasts. So you can even pay for a whole year with your exercise benefit at once. It covers several billing periods, so an exercise benefit works conveniently with an ongoing membership too. A topped-up balance is valid for 12 months.
Which exercise benefits are accepted
ePassi
Choose Epassi as the payment method at checkout and pay with your ePassi login details.
Smartum
Smartum exercise vouchers, exercise and culture vouchers and Smartum Saldo (Smartum balance) are accepted. Choose Smartum Pay as the payment method at checkout.
Edenred
Edenred (Virikeseteli, Ticket Mind&Body and Ticket Duo) works like an ordinary payment card. Choose Online as the payment method at checkout and pay with your Edenred card as you would with any bank or credit card.
A former Tyky customer?
Tyky-Kuntoseteli ended its operations on 1 January 2026. ePassi has replaced Tyky. Contact your employer to activate a new exercise benefit.

Ready to start?
€28/ 4 weeks
For new and returning members €28 / 4 weeks until 31 December 2026, then €34 / 4 weeks. An ongoing membership has no fixed term. You can also buy a prepaid card and pay for the whole period at once.
