Workout drinks and protein straight from the gym
The workout is over, and that good feeling is at its best right now. Nostelema now has its own drinks fridge. You will find NOCCO and Monster drinks, and Barebells shakes and protein bars. No need for a separate trip to the shop.
The fridge is self-service and open whenever the gym is. You pay by card on the SumUp tablet and take the product straight from the fridge. Simple and quick.

Recovery is part of training
There is no need to make a mystery of protein after training: muscles are built during rest, and getting enough protein supports that process. A Barebells shake or bar is one easy way to get protein right after your workout. Any other snack works just as well.
